Personal Data Collection Notice For Marketing Communications

This Personal Data Collection Notice applies to all EU/EEA Member State residents who opt-in to receive marketing communications from YETI and who complete a purchase with us on any EU online store.

If you live in the EU/EEA and complete a purchase through a YETI EU online store, YETI may use the email address you provide to send you marketing emails about YETI products and services, including products similar to those you purchased. In countries where prior consent is required for all marketing communications, we will only send you marketing emails if you have actively opted in. At checkout, you can choose not to receive marketing communications. If you opt out or do not provide consent (where required), we will not send you marketing or promotional emails.

You may withdraw your consent or object to receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at help@yetieuropecustomerservices.com. Your withdrawal or objection will not affect your purchase or the performance of your contract, and you may still receive non-marketing communications from us necessary to complete your order or provide customer service (for example, order confirmations or product-related service messages). However, we will not send you marketing communications after you unsubscribe or object. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
